I called our MD who states they called in a replacement. Optum states they never recived the request for a new Rx and still refuses to cover the Famoditinde. 2. Original review: Oct. 18, 2020. When everything goes well, the maintenance medicines come on time with no hassles. I love that all of my maintenance meds come free through Optum. Optum refuses to pay their share of prescriptions, that they were contracted to pay. I have contacted them many times and get a different song and dance every time I speak to someone. Usual reactions are: we're working on it, there are no corr ordination of benefits. The info has to be entered manually and the list goes on and on.
